Quick replies are pre-built, reusable messages you can drop into any conversation in one click — built for the explanation, promotion, or set of instructions your team ends up typing (or copy-pasting from scattered notes) dozens of times a week.

Send a quick reply

  1. In the composer, click the Quick Replies icon.
  2. Search for the reply by its internal name.
  3. Click it — the text and any attached media send immediately.

Create a quick reply

If you haven’t created one yet, clicking Quick Replies shows a Create quick reply option that opens Settings.
  1. Give it a name — an internal label to find it later, not something the contact sees (for example, “Webinar Info”).
  2. Optionally attach an image, video, or document.
  3. Write the body text.
  4. Click Create.
Example: if your business regularly runs webinars, you might repeatedly send the same explainer video, a PDF agenda, and a paragraph explaining how to join. Instead of re-attaching all three every time, build one quick reply named “Webinar Info” that bundles all three together — from then on, searching “Webinar Info” and clicking it sends the whole bundle in one action.
Quick replies are one of the highest-leverage tools in the composer for any team fielding repetitive questions at volume. If you notice yourself typing the same answer a third time, that’s the signal to turn it into a quick reply instead.
