Campaign content depends on the channel you selected when creating the campaign.

WhatsApp campaigns

WhatsApp outreach usually requires an approved message template. In Heyy:
  1. Create and sync templates under Settings → WhatsApp Templates.
  2. See WhatsApp templates for approval, structure, and reuse (including duplicate-to-new-version).
  3. Pick the template when configuring the campaign message.
Connect a WhatsApp channel before sending.

Other channels

Use the message options your workspace supports for Instagram, SMS, and other connected channels. Channel-specific limits (length, media, templates) apply the same way as in Inbox—see Messaging channels.

Automations

To send templates or campaign-style messages from a flow, use WhatsApp actions and Campaigns actions in Automations—separate from one-off campaigns on the Campaigns page.
