Campaigns send a message to many contacts at once—outbound outreach on a channel (for example WhatsApp), separate from one-to-one Inbox conversations.

Where to work

Open Campaigns in your workspace to see existing campaigns, create new ones, and open executions after you send.

Typical flow

  1. Create a campaign — Name it and choose the channel.
  2. Audience & recipients — Who receives the message (segments from your contact base).
  3. Message & templates — What you send (templates on WhatsApp, channel rules).
  4. Start & monitor — Launch and track delivery on the execution page.
Campaigns use the same contact records as Inbox, automations, and journeys. Recipients are always contacts—not anonymous chat threads.
In the API, campaigns are exposed as broadcasts (/{channelId}/broadcasts). See API Reference.
