Getting Started

If you followed our “Tailored onboarding” then you already have an AI Employee, also you can always add one by navigating to the AI Employee page and clicking the “Hire AI Employee” button.
Each channel has different requirements to set up, see the requirements section under each channel:

Features & Capabilities

An AI employee can reply to customer conversations using the persona and instructions you set (Goals and personality) and the content you add (Knowledge base). You use it inside Automations as an AI Employee action so it can handle incoming chats, answer FAQs, qualify leads, and route conversations.Beyond replying, an AI employee can run actions such as reading or updating contact data, triggering a workflow (e.g. assign chat, send notification), or calling a custom API (e.g. check order status). You configure these in the Tools and integrations tab. Once the employee is Set live, it can run in your automations across all our channels.
Heyy supports currently WhatsApp (Cloud & Coexistence), Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Live Chat,

Pricing & Credits

When credits are exhausted, your AI Employee will stop responding and also your automations will stop triggering. You can monitor usage in your dashboard under Settings → Usage → Credits.
Enable Auto Recharge to ensure your AI Employees and automations never stop due to insufficient credits.

Navigate to Settings → Billing and then click Upgrade plan then select the desired plan and click “Upgrade plan”, it will then take you to stripe checkout for secure payment.
The wallet is used by paid channels like WhatsApp (For Utility/Marketing templates) see WhatsApp pricing
