# Column order & visible fields

> Reorder columns and show or hide built-in contact fields on the Contacts table.

On [**Contacts**](https://app.heyy.io/contacts), you control which **built-in fields** appear as table columns and in what order—so the table matches how your team works (for example name and phone first).

## Reorder and show/hide columns

1. Open [**Contacts**](https://app.heyy.io/contacts).
2. Use the table column controls (column picker or header menu, depending on your workspace).
3. Drag to **reorder** columns or toggle **visibility** for standard fields such as name, phone, and email.

Changes apply to your Contacts table view; they do not change the data on the contact itself.
