# Activity log overview

> Review automation and journey activity in your workspace.

The **Activity log** shows what automations and related flows did in your workspace—runs started, steps completed, and errors—so you can audit behavior and troubleshoot without guessing.

## What you can use it for

* Confirm a [trigger](/help/automations/triggers/overview) fired when expected
* See which [actions](/help/automations/logic-actions) ran for a contact
* Debug failed sends, API calls, or AI steps
* Trace [journey](/help/automations/journeys/what-is-a-journey) step executions over time

Open Activity log from your Heyy workspace (location in the app navigation).
